About the ebook creation:

1. The terms of the deal you signed for with Bowker is as follows:

   1. Reflowable text ebook to be produced
      Fixed format ebooks are not covered by the terms of this agreement, and this current price-point.
   2. Source text and images in MS Word format
   3. Up to 500 pages of an average of 300 words per page
   4. Up to 10 images; must be provided within the MS Word document
   5. Cover image must be a 1600 pixels horizontally and 2400 pixels vertically PNG or JPG image in portrait (not landscape) orientation
   6. Up to 10 external hyperlinks; links must be indicated within document
   7. Indexes provided by reader devices and applications, no custom indexes
   8. Up to 2 review passes
   9. 1 metadata/price change per year; additional metadata/pricing changes to be made at $50 per change
   10. Distribution to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, Vook and iBooks, and other resellers as determined by Vook
   11. Additional services and features may be provided at additional prices to be determined via consultation by Vook at Vook’s production costs

About ebook distribution:

1. 1 metadata/price change per year; additional metadata/pricing changes to be made at $50 per change
2. Distribution to Amazon, Barnes & Noble, the Apple iBookstore, the Vook Store, and other resellers as determined by Vook
3. Signing of a distribution agreement authorizing Vook to distribute your content is required
4. Rights holder must be able to demonstrate at Vook’s request that they have proper copyright and ownership of all assets included in their ebook
